The world is drowning in mediocrity and bombarded with more and more messages every day. We need courageous leaders who visualize innovative products, services, and business models that bring more spirit, meaning, and purpose into people’s everyday lives.

How do you infuse your life with passion? How do you engage the hearts, minds, bodies, and souls of the people in your life, working on your team and as part of your organization?
Answering these questions and infusing passion is the primary mission of leadership.
It is impossible to ask for passion in others if passion is missing in you. Passion is inspired, not imposed or forced. You cannot hold a gun to a person’s head and command them to be passionate.
A fully optimized organization with team members whose lives are fully integrated into all areas and leaders who are passionate revolutionaries that inspire this ideal in others is what the world needs. This is our mission.

To your RENAISSANCE!
Below is the classic Vitruvian Man drawn by Leonardo da Vinci in 1490, which happens to be right in the middle of the Italian Renaissance. Most people think the Renaissance was about art, literature, music, and architecture, and when they go to Italy, they look at these beautiful examples of the best of humanity. Most people don’t realize that the Renaissance was precipitated by the fall of Constantinople (modern-day Istanbul) in 1450, and the world’s best scholars and philosophers fled to Italy. The Medici family sponsored artists, poets, philosophers, and architects to inspire the population to renew the values and way of life of the Ancient Greeks during their Golden Age.
This helped to free people from the repression and control of the Vatican.
Anjou and I loved to talk about history, particularly the Golden Ages and what caused a boom in prosperity for everyone. We were inspired by the ushering in the modern era starting in Florence during the Renaissance.
