Ability

1. The quality of being able to do something; physical, emotional, mental, financial or legal power to perform. 2. A natural or acquired skill or talent.

Craftsmanship

1. A skill or ability in something, proficiency; expertness. 2. One who is a master of a body of knowledge and has his skills to such a degree that he can produce his products consistently and of the highest quality. 3. The quality of design and work shown in something made by hand; craft, artistry, artisan. 4. An artist.

Mastery

1. Having full power and control over a subject or area. 2. The knowledge and skill of a master. 3. Being able to consistently produce products of excellent quality. 4. Victory or superiority. 5. Mastery motivation is a psychological force that stimulates an individual to attempt to gain competency over a challenging problem, skill, task, or subject matter and to focus on it in a persistent manner until successful.

Responsibility

1. The state, quality or fact of being responsible. 2. Something for which one is responsible; a duty, obligation, or burden. 3. The ability or authority to act or decide on one’s own, without supervision.

X-Factor

1. A variable in a given situation that could have the most significant impact on the outcome. 2. A noteworthy special talent or quality. 3. An indescribable quality or something; something about a person that you cannot put your finger on; je ne sais quoi.
