Full Potential

1. The complete development and utilization of a person or things inherent qualities, abilities or capacities. Without development and utilization, a person’s full potential cannot be realized. This typically requires education, training, and practice. Coaching and mentoring can accelerate the realization of a person’s full capability as well as assist with the discovery of what’s possible. 2. A fully-realized, self-actualized person is considered to be operating at close to, or at their full potential, or optimum.


1. The capacity of the mind to understand principles, truths, facts or meanings, acquire knowledge, and apply it to practice; the ability to learn and comprehend. 2. The ability to recognize differences, similarities, and identities. 3. The ability to perceive, pose and resolve problems.


1. The capacity to act or perform or take action. 2. Strength or force exerted or capable of being exerted. 3. The capacity to exercise control. 4. A measure of the rate of doing work or transferring energy, usually expressed in terms of wattage or horsepower.


1. Being the source or cause of something. 2. Assuming obligations, duties, connections, commitments, etc. 3. Accountable, as for something within one’s power. 4. Involving responsibility: a responsible position. 5. Chargeable with being the source or occasion of something. 6. Having a capacity for moral decisions and therefore accountable. 7. Able to discharge obligations or pay debts. 8. Reliable or dependable, as in conducting one’s affairs. Personal accountability.
