  1. Hi Gregory – I have the same experience. Also I used to feel like the ‘blues’ had taken me over, however I have learnt to consciously do things to uplift my mood when I find I am feeling down, before it takes me over.

  2. I know if I am feeling down my judgement is bad… In the case I am down, that I try to do something to pick me before I make a decision. When I am feeling really good about myself, decisions also seem very quick and easy.
