Good and Evil

1. Good may be defined as constructive or pro-survival. Evil may be defined as destructive or anti-survival. 2. In religion, good and evil are often considered a dichotomy of opposites where good is moral and right, versus evil which is immoral and bad.

Good As Gold

1. Of a favorable character or tendency. 2. Bountiful, fertile. 3. Handsome, attractive. 4. Something that is good. 5. Something conforming to the moral order of the universe. 6. Praiseworthy character: goodness.

Good Life

1. A life abounding in material comforts. 2. A life lived in accordance with moral or religious precepts. 3. A philosophical term for the life that one would like to live, originally associated with Aristotle.
