New-Paradigm Leadership is all about Partnership, Cooperation and Team.  That means the leader is partnering and being inclusive.  Why would some followers not want to participate in this way?  Why would they want to be &quot;told what to do&quot;?

The answer is simple and yet profound.  If I am included - then I am responsible and I cannot blame the leader if things go wrong, therefore don&#039;t include me... tell me what to do so I can blame the leader if things don&#039;t work out.]]></description>
